Liberty Dollar Lawsuits Expand To Indiana

According to this article at IdahoStatesman.com, Bernard von NotHaus, creator of the Liberty Dollar, plans to file a lawsuit in Indiana today to recover the medallions seized from his Evansville "Fullfillment Center" by the Federal Government in last November's raids.

This lawsuit is in addition to that filed in Idaho by twelve holders of Liberty Dollar certificates reported earlier on this blog.

On a related subject, von NotHaus is quoted by the Statesman as calling for "a new gold standard." For why I feel this is not a good idea, see my earlier post, also on this blog.
